SOME OF OUR WEEKLY CLASSES

Classes

Meditation & Movement:
Invigorate your mid-week with an early morning meditation, movement yoga class with coffee included.
This all levels class will utilize yoga to warm up your body physically, with a meditation session to keep your mind focused.

YINYASA:
This class is a hybrid of Vinyasa (active Yoga) with Yin (passive Yoga). We will begin with 20 minutes of Gentle Yoga to build strength, stability and flow. We will finish with 25 minutes of Yin to create flexibility and calmness.

FLOW Vinyasa 1:
Build physical and mental strength as you flow through a series of yoga poses, using your breath as your inner source of power in this energizing class. This FLOW offer flexibility, concentration, breath work, and often some form of meditation.

FLOW Vinyasa 2:
This Yoga class is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

Power Vinyasa:
Designed for yogis with a solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement.

Yoga for Beginners:
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Slow Flow & Guided Meditation:
Enjoy a practice where mindfulness and focusing techniques take you to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. This class will embody slow movements and guided meditation.

Fresh Air Flow:
Build physical and mental strength as you flow through a series of Yoga poses, drawing on the breath as your inner source of power in this energizing class. The instructor will lead you through a series of flowing yoga sequences while your breath guides you to a state of mental calm in the midst of this amazing experience.

Yin Yoga:
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses targeting the fascia tissue of the body (the connective tissues between the muscles), rather than the muscles themselves which we focus on in a vinyasa class. For this class you will need PROPS! *Blanket *Bolster *Blocks *Strap

Gentle yoga:
Classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including a range of motion exercises. You will feel relaxed and inspired !

YIN*Meditate*Coffee:
This class will combine stretches to help to get the body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and soul.
Enjoy a delicious Cup of Nicaraguan Coffee, right after the class!
